Job summary

Turner Industries is hiring a Project Accountant in Pasadena, TX to assist Project Accounting Management and ensure invoicing on maintenance and construction projects is accurate and timely.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel/ReportsNow. You will collaborate with field personnel and client representatives and help with month-end accruals and billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ReportsNow; ability to handle drug screen and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed, accurate invoices for reimbursable costs on maintenance and construction projects.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, field personnel, and client representatives to compile invoicing information and resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end accruals and research/report and explain billing transactions to Accounting Management; perform additional supervisor-directed tasks.
