Job summary

ENGEO is seeking a Project Accountant to bridge project managers and clients, manage project financial data, and issue contract-compliant invoices. You will be a key link between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 1–3 years of experience, and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint. Proficiency in Excel/Word is essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Interest in learning and automating processes.
• Engineering consulting or construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and issue complex project invoices per contract terms.
• Maintain and update client and project database files to ensure data integrity.
• Act as primary resource for clients and project managers, resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor project financials and provide updates to stakeholders.
