Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Progressive Care (Step down) at Perrysburg Medical Center. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patient status, and coordinating care between Med-Surg and ICU units.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensure a safe environment, and advocate for patient safety and outcomes. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS credentials are required or targeted for hire.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred, not required).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS and/or BLS certifications preferred; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months ICU or Progressive Care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional nursing care and assessment, developing care plans.
• Act as liaison between Med-Surg and ICU and coordinate patient care.
• Assess patient status, prioritize needs and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safety and quality.
• Administer medications according to policy and standards.
