Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational needs and discharge plans.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive plan of care with the healthcare team.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities, ensuring policy compliance.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Contribute to professional nursing practice and quality outcomes.
