Job summary

• BSN preferred but not required.
• Current RN license in good standing; BLS required; ACLS preferred and ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, create and adjust care plans.
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments.
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications safely in line with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
