Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Texas RN license required upon hire.
• CPR certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and during care.
• Plan, direct, evaluate and document the care plan and patient teaching.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; ensure safety and reports changes.
• Reassess patient status and modify care as needed.
• Provide thorough bedside reports to oncoming shift.
