Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN and 1 year RN experience required at hire.
• TX RN license required at hire.
• BLS CPR within 14 days post hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s condition and provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Plan and document the care plan and discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for treatments and coordinate with the care team.
• Reassess and modify care based on patient status.
• Record and relay bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
