Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our 36-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU 5W). Day and night shifts available; rotating weekends/holidays with an 18% night differential when applicable. Previous PCA/LNA/CNA experience preferred but not required.

The role focuses on routine patient care, data collection, and supporting the care team to promote comfort and safety across the patient plan of care.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Current CNA (state of practice) required for new hires.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior PCA/LNA/CNA experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Collect vital signs and document data in medical records.
• Support unit operations and communicate patient status to care team.
• Maintain appropriate supplies and charting as part of daily workflow.
