Job summary

The Tulane University School of Medicine Office of Academic Excellence and Community Engagement seeks a Program Administrator II to oversee office activities and implement pathway programs. You will support recruitment of students and trainees and coordinate training programs across the SOM.

Responsibilities include tracking outcomes, reporting viability of programs, and managing the website, communications, and social media to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in project planning, financial monitoring, and grants management.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in program planning or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and office activities.
• Support pathway programs and recruitment of students/trainees.
• Track, report, and assess outcomes of programs over time.
• Manage website, communications, and social media for the office.
• Coordinate surveys and data collection; generate reports.
