Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in event management, programming, communications, marketing, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex, high-visibility events and executive-level programming initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and promote external events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
• Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities for AMA leadership and Center staff.
• Prepare pitch materials, speaker bios, session descriptions, and talking points for thought leadership.
• Liaise with external event organizers and partners to coordinate opportunities and platforms.
• Set program goals, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
• Oversee contracts, budgets, sponsorships, and risk mitigation for events.
