Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in event programming, communications, marketing, project management, or related field.
• Significant experience leading complex, high-visibility events and executive-level programming initiatives.
• Experience in people management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Programming and portfolio management for events and programming portfolio supporting digital health and AI initiatives.
• Set goals, KPIs, and ROI frameworks across event activities.
• Evaluate opportunities for participation, sponsorship, and partnerships based on value and impact.
• Oversee executive programming, speaker placement, messaging, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with communications, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
