Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (P1+/M1+)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in event programming, communications, marketing, project management, or a related field
• Significant experience leading complex, high-visibility events and executive programming initiatives across multiple formats
• Experience in people management preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual events and programming for the Center for Digital Health and AI
• Set clear program goals, success metrics, and ROI frameworks across all activities
• Collaborate with AMA leadership and various units to align efforts with priorities and timelines
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for events and programming
• Lead stakeholder engagement and thought leadership initiatives across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
