Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Center's Network of Experts, including identification, onboarding, communications, and engagement tracking.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, participant communications, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and maintain work plans, governance documents, decision logs, and action-item trackers.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of specialty societies, physician experts, external contributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against priorities, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and escalation issues as needed.
