$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Programmatic Sales Manager (IC Sales) - Client Direct Programmatic Ad Tech

Remote role, but you must be based in or near Texas due to a focus on clients in the region

Up to $130k base + 2x OTE (may be flexible for the right candidate)

*This is an Individual Contributor role, not management

  • New business role focusing on acquiring agency holding groups, independent agencies, and direct clients.
  • Selling into Texas and local markets.
  • *This is not a management role; it’s a senior individual contributor position selling programmatic ad tech.
  • Hunt new business from scratch (supported by an SDR team), manage complex sales processes, and conduct thorough discovery.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience selling programmatic ad tech to direct clients or large agencies (not an agency sales role).
  • Based in or near Texas, able to travel regionally.
  • Experience selling into this region and willing to focus on this market.
  • Proven success in enterprise deals, using a strong sales process from lead generation to close.
  • Demonstrated longevity and consistent target achievement in previous roles.
  • Experience winning new logo enterprise brands and agencies.
  • Ability to generate your own pipeline.
