Job summary

SHE Media is seeking an experienced Director of Programmatic Sales to drive growth in our digital media business. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network of brand and agency relationships and a deep knowledge of programmatic and addressable advertising sales.

Employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely, fostering collaboration and a results-oriented culture. This leadership position focuses on revenue growth, client partnerships, and innovative media solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of online advertising sales experience.
• In-depth knowledge of digital and addressable media, ad tech platforms, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Experience in branded content, influencer/creator, and event sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform sales strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, agencies, and programmatic partners.
• Drive new business and growth by pursuing revenue opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide senior leadership with insights on demand trends and performance analyses.
• Design and implement programmatic media solutions that address client needs.
• Act as SME for SHE Media’s programmatic strategy and targeting solutions.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets through effective sales tactics.
• Maintain strong relationships with brand marketers, agencies, and buyers.
