Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support Automated (Programmatic) Account Executives and report to the Automation Director/SMS.

You will partner with sales stakeholders to keep campaigns on track, inform clients, and ensure revenue reporting accuracy. As the day-to-day liaison for programmatic buys, you will grow revenue by delivering exceptional client service, translating data into actionable opportunities, and managing day-to-day activity in SalesHub

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in linear, digital, and/or programmatic media.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in media math and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to multitask and manage at entrepreneurial pace.

Responsibilities

• Own daily management of the SalesHub campaign pipeline and revenue tracking to ensure accurate, timely reporting to leadership.
• Track and report on Account Executive activity, client account status, and live/upcoming campaigns weekly.
• Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) with professionalism and speed.
• Serve as the primary contact for securing client assets and delivering reporting as needed.
• Partner with internal operations and external programmatic technology providers to resolve day-to-day needs.
• Analyze account and category data to shape programmatic strategy and identify opportunities.
• Build strategic sales presentations and post-campaign wrap-up decks.
• Prospect, identify, and qualify new programmatic clients to drive growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and surface insights for the team.
• Champion a culture of inclusion and uphold organizational values.
