Job summary

Adlook is seeking a Client Development Associate to support digital advertising campaigns—from upsell opportunities to post-buy reporting—through consultative account management and strong programmatic execution.

You will work closely with the Sales Team and Technical Account Managers to optimize performance, deliver actionable insights, and cultivate long-term client partnerships in a fast-growing adtech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on programmatic campaign management experience.
• Proficiency with DSPs and programmatic platforms.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced English language skills (C1).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with ability to plan and drive growth across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns within our DSP, ensuring precise setup and pacing coordination.
• Act as a consultative advisor to clients, translating data into actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to troubleshoot integrations and ensure brand safety.
