Yahoo Holdings Inc. in the United States is seeking a Client Performance Senior Specialist to lead creation, management, and evaluation of programmatic native advertising campaigns within our performance platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to optimize results, support self-service advertisers, and drive AI-assisted efficiencies that shorten launch timelines while protecting revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital advertising operations or similar.
• Hands-on DSP experience in programmatic/native advertising.
• Experience or interest in using AI productivity tools.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in cross-functional settings.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign and creative setup and billing in Native platform.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms.
• Monitor delivery and performance against KPIs and collaborate with account teams.
• Support self-service advertisers with setup guidance and optimization.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in daily workflows.
• Act as a consultant for sales reps and Client Experience Leads with data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal, billing and collections to ensure reconciliation.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and optimize creatively.
• Replace repetitive tasks with automated or AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead project phases or team workstreams with mentorship.
