Job summary

Baidu USA is seeking an Account Manager to grow a portfolio of programmatic partners on the supply side for MediaGo, a programmatic advertising platform for display, native, and video campaigns.

You will build client relationships, oversee the campaign lifecycle from trafficking to optimization, and daily monitor performance by adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and pacing. Strong Mandarin proficiency and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years in B2B ad sales or account management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Own the campaign lifecycle from trafficking, activation, to optimization within the MediaGo DSP.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily by adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and pacing.
