Job summary

Baidu USA is seeking an Account Manager (Contractor) to manage a portfolio of SMB partners on the supply side. The role requires strong client-facing skills, Mandarin proficiency, and ability to drive campaign lifecycle from trafficking to optimization in MediaGo DSP.

The position is hybrid with on-site work in Mountain View four days a week and a competitive hourly rate of $35-$60 DOE. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Algorithms, and Analytics teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in B2B ad sales or account management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Own the campaign lifecycle from trafficking to optimization in the MediaGo DSP.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to achieve client KPIs.
• Troubleshoot creative disapprovals and technical issues for smooth delivery.
• Assist in client-facing activities such as briefings, status calls, and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams for successful campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay current on AdTech trends and platform updates.
• Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in Mountain View.
