The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking a skilled administrator to coordinate social services from the Capital Area Command. The role involves policy development, program evaluation, and overseeing pantry and volunteer programs.

Responsibilities include managing Pathway of Hope, providing direct client services, and ensuring data accuracy for reports and grants. A bachelor's degree in social work or related field is preferred, with driving being an essential function.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Four years of experience in related field acceptable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Support program development including policies, procedures and evaluation.
• Support seasonal and ongoing programs, including Christmas and Angel Tree.
• Oversee pantry program operations at the Command office.
• Coordinate and oversee volunteers.
• Develop and implement Pathway of Hope to serve needs.
• Provide direct client services including interviewing and financial assistance.
• Assist clients with community resources; aid during emergencies.
• Support case managers; assist with monthly reports and grant reporting.
• Assist with annual budget development and monitor expenditures.
• Attend intra-agency meetings monthly; network with local social service agencies.
• Secure and maintain certifications for social service programs.
• May require hours outside normal schedule; driving is essential.
