Job summary

Veterans Health Administration in Reno, NV is seeking a Program Support Assistant to support three patient benefits programs, manage records, and generate reports for internal reviews and regulatory bodies.

You will deliver end-user training, monitor satisfaction, maintain ICB equipment inventories, ensure compliance, and support accessibility of data, with a 7:30–16:00 schedule and ad-hoc telework.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain records and generate reports for internal program review and external regulatory bodies.
• Experience delivering end-user training and educational materials.
• Ability to monitor end-user satisfaction and inventory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a system of records for assignment and installation of ICB scanners and maintains an access database that organizes information for reporting.
• Generates monthly reports for internal review and regulatory bodies.
• Identifies end-user training needs and delivers educational programs to users and support staff.
• Monitors end-user satisfaction and inventory of ICB equipment; ensures staff are notified of new clinics.
• Gathers data and provides facility-level information on request; supports compliance activities.
