  • GS-5: 1 year admin/clerical exp incl. correspondence, records, scheduling.
  • GS-6/7: 1 year specialized exp in program support, data tracking, and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication.
  • Edits and/or composes letters and reports and reviews correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintains automated systems and program-specific data to track suspense items such as project milestones, progress reports, and compliance strategies.
  • Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and/or conferences, reminds staff and invitees of upcoming matters.
  • Provides general clerical and public-contact support services, including answering the telephone and referring visitors.
  • Performs timekeeping and time-and-attendance duties and maintains related documentation.
