Job summary

Knowesis is seeking a Program Support Coordinator (Dual-Hatted: Peer Review System Administrator) for Fort Detrick, MD, with remote hybrid work. You will oversee daily eBRAP operations, configure COCO, ensure compliance, manage user accounts, and generate performance metrics and dashboards.

The role requires strong data analysis, experience with federal systems, and the ability to liaise with program managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, Health Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years in program support, systems admin, or IT project management.
• Experience configuring and administering web-based portal systems and user accounts.
• Strong data reporting, metrics, and dashboard skills.
• Knowledge of DoD IM/IT security, data transfer, and PII/PHI protection.
• Ability to obtain CAC and pass background checks.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain tech issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily eBRAP operations, configure FOAs, perform compliance checks, manage processing.
• Serve as COCO Administrator: manage configuration, access controls, provisioning, COI restrictions.
• Generate metrics, dashboards, and reports (score distributions, reviewer demographics, helpdesk metrics).
• Manage data/file delivery via secure web services between COCO and EGS; ensure data integrity.
• Oversee administrative compliance review of pre- and full applications; generate non-compliance notifications; maintain audit trails.
• Manage public and reviewer helpdesk operations; provide technical support for submissions and review navigation.
• Act as technical liaison during IPT meetings; report on system updates, workloads, and issues.
