Job summary

The Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MNCASA) is seeking a Program Support Coordinator to coordinate training, communications, and TA activities for member programs. You will work with Advocacy, Medical Forensics, and Prevention staff to ensure programming aligns with survivor-centered, equity-driven responses.

You will manage grant-related tasks, develop communications resources, and support evaluation efforts, with a hybrid work environment and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or meaningful combination of professional and lived experience that aligns with this work.
• At least two years of experience supporting survivors of sexual assault, engaging in violence prevention, or working in an allied field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and program evaluation skills.
• Experience in communications and/or resource development.

Responsibilities

• Grants/Project Coordination: monitor project activities and grant deliverables; assist in grant applications and reporting; support program coordinators with evaluation activities.
• Communications and Resource Development: develop and implement communications strategies; oversee listserv; create digital resources with IS and Membership teams.
• Training and Technical Assistance: deliver consultation and resources to member programs; field training requests; support virtual events and learning sessions; assist in planning the Annual Symposium.
• Public Policy: identify policy initiatives related to sexual violence; track legislation; educate members and connect with lawmakers and stakeholders.
