Job summary

The Center for Victims of Torture is seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage the Hope & Belonging program in St. Paul, MN. You will ensure smooth delivery of rehabilitative services for torture and war trauma survivors and foster interdisciplinary care teams.

You will oversee budgeting, staff supervision, clinical partnerships, internships and volunteer programs, and expand community outreach and training efforts across Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience related to trauma and mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) or related fields.
• 2 years of experience successfully managing clinical and administrative professionals.
• Demonstrated success building strong, cohesive teams.
• Demonstrated success providing remote supervision to direct reports in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual budget and manage program expenditures within budget parameters.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with program stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and health information management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise program supervisors, client services coordinator, insurance case manager and interpreters; hire, train and develop staff.
• Manage community outreach activities and develop new program partnerships or models.
• Hire, train and supervise program volunteers, and coordinate the volunteer program.
• Coordinate training and speaking to raise awareness of CVT's clinical programs in Minnesota.
• Develop and manage internship program for MSW and bachelor's level students.

Education

Advanced degree in social work, psychology, counseling, public administration, or related field
