Job summary

MADD in Bloomington, MN seeks a proactive program coordinator to manage Victim Impact Panels and prevention initiatives. You will organize events, coordinate volunteers, and ensure resources and materials are available to meet revenue and program objectives.

The role requires collaboration with state and local partners, grant compliance, and the ability to work independently in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Travel is required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• One to two years' experience in community awareness, education, partnership and youth programs related to community health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to achieve objectives and market the program to community agencies.
• Prepare grant proposals including MADD's program directives.
• Coordinate logistics of prevention programs at State and Local level and facilitate trainings and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers as needed for applicable programs.
• Provide training and motivation to volunteers and staff via meetings, coaching and on-site support.
• Track program/grant results, prepare financial reports, and assist with evaluation and improvement.
