Responsibilities include monitoring medication, documenting incidents, coordinating meals, and assisting with transitions in shelter and housing settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least two years in service or social work.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to refer guests to resources.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Proficient with word processing, search engines, and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and trauma-informed care to all individuals.
• Monitor medication administration and communicate concerns to case managers.
• Document incidents and log notes for crisis events and daily interactions.
• Sign in/out participants, meals, chores, and laundry; ensure program safety.
• Greet and assist volunteers, attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with heating and serving dinner in the absence of volunteers.
• Demonstrate cultural humility and sensitivity; perform other duties as required.
