Job summary

CAMBA, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor for the Short Term Housing Program in Brooklyn, NY. The role oversees contract compliance, staff supervision, and client services at the 27 Winthrop Street site.

You will train staff, manage daily activities, and conduct client reviews to ensure housing readiness and service quality. Requires a Bachelor's degree and housing/ HIV/AIDS experience; full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of applicable experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Familiarity with housing in congregate/transitional settings.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and communicate them to staff.
• Train staff in responsibilities, processes, and procedures.
• Set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets with staff.
• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of direct reporting staff.
• Observe staff interacting with clients and supervisory staff.
• Conduct weekly client progress reviews with staff.
• Ensure quality service delivery through internal file reviews and QA measures.
• Provide crisis counseling to clients as needed.
• Prepare contract reports and statistical information for CAMBA and funders.
• Assist in program analysis and demographic data for improvements.
• Organize onsite and offsite training for staff development.
• Attend staff/funder/outside agency meetings as requested.
• Review and sign time sheets; Prepare performance appraisals.
