CAMBA Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor for the HomeBase program in Brooklyn, NY. You will oversee case management services, maintain client confidentiality, and ensure funder compliance across files and reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities to meet contract goals, conducting weekly staff conferences, and preparing regular program reports. A Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ relevant experience are required, with benefits including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in writing plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Ability to present information to clients, staff and funders.
• Strong numeric skills for fractions, decimals, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, upholding confidentiality.
• Ensure files comply with funder standards and CAMBA QA protocols.
• Plan and organize activities to meet contract goals and performance targets.
• Conduct weekly case conferences with staff to monitor client progress.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Direct client service duties as needed.
