Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with two years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to write and critique client assessments, service plans, and progress notes.
• Experience delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft software, spreadsheets, internet software, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients while upholding confidentiality.
• Understand case management requirements and relay knowledge to staff.
• Ensure client files comply with funder standards and CAMBA QA protocols.
• Plan and organize activities to meet contract goals and targets.
• Lead staff to improve performance via training and client feedback.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and review client progress.
• Prepare and submit reports to management and funders.
