Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide Program Supervisors to provide case management in collaboration with MCOs.
• Coordinate services with families to meet daily living and social needs.
• Oversee personal and program development, personnel management, and operational administration.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and monitor financial performance.
