Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Edenton, NC area. Travel up to 1.5 hours is required to meet client needs.

You will supervise direct care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the creation and execution of individualized service plans in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional
• Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and good driving record
• Must have reliable transportation for movement within the area

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring safety, autonomy, and engagement.
• Provide direct supervision to direct care staff in the home-based program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Support development and implementation of individualized service plans.
