Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Edenton, NC area. Travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area is required to meet client needs.

The role oversees person-centered services, supervises direct care staff, ensures compliance with standards, and supports individualized service plan development and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university per USDOE/CHEA.
• Must be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with good driving record and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, ensuring safe, autonomous, and meaningful engagement.
• Provide direct supervision to direct care staff and ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Support development and implementation of individualized service plans.
