Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Qualified Professional / Program Supervisor to oversee client services and staff in residential and community settings. The role focuses on guiding program supervision, coordinating case management with MCOs, and delivering person-centered supports for individuals with IDD or mental health challenges.

You’ll manage budgets, develop plans with families, ensure compliance, and promote program excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience, including experience in residential services.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to move throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to clients and families in collaboration with MCOs to set personal plans for daily living and social needs.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and monitor financial management of the program.
• Lead program operations, personnel management, and overall administrative coordination to meet goals.
