Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Salisbury, NC seeks a Program Supervisor (QP) to guide and manage Program Supervisors and provide support services for clients with IDD or mental health challenges in home, support programs or residential settings. The role includes coordinating case management with families and MCOs to meet daily living goals.

You will develop annual budgets, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality program administration across our service areas in North Carolina and surrounding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience, including residential services.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage Program Supervisors and coordinate case management with families and MCOs.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and monitor financials.
• Oversee personnel management, program operations and outreach in Salisbury, NC and nearby areas.
