Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Asheboro, NC is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead program operations and ensure high‑quality support for clients with IDD and mental health challenges in home and residential settings.

You will supervise the Program Supervisors, oversee case management with MCO partners, develop annual budgets, and contribute to program growth while upholding our IDEAL values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience, including residential services.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation required across the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to clients and families in collaboration with MCOs to set personal plans.
• Coordinate required services with families to meet daily living and social needs.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and monitor program financials.
