Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college/university approved by USDOE or CHEA.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record and insurability.
• Reliable transportation to move throughout the program delivery area.
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with IDD, promoting safety, autonomy, and engagement.
• Supervise direct care staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Ensure development and implementation of individualized service plans.
• Monitor documentation to meet local, state, federal and agency requirements.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with Easterseals PORT Health values.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals supported.
