Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health, a respected nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead care coordination and supervise support services for clients living in community and residential settings. The role requires a Bachelor's in a human services field, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Must be QP qualified professional.
• Minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Program Supervisors to provide case management to clients and families. Work with MCOs to set personal plans for daily living and social needs.
• Coordinate services with families to meet program goals and objectives.
• Develop annual budgets for assigned cost centers and monitor financial management of the program.
• Oversee personnel management and operational administration to support program success.
