Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Winterville, NC is seeking a Program Supervisor (Qualified Professional) to oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.

You will supervise direct care staff, ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and support the development and implementation of individualized service plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional
• Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are a must!

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Supervise direct care staff and provide guidance and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure development and implementation of individualized service plans.
• Monitor documentation to meet local, state, federal and Agency requirements.
• Protect the rights, health, safety and welfare of individuals supported.
