Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Winterville, NC area.

The role includes direct supervision of care staff, ensuring compliance with state and agency standards, and supporting development of individualized service plans with regular travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area.

Qualifikationen

• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and insurable vehicle.

Description

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Winterville, NC area. There is regular travel involved in the position up to 1.5 hours in the general area to meet the needs of our clients.

As the Program Supervisor you would oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This role provides direct supervision to direct care staff, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;
• Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
