Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Asheboro, NC seeks a Program Supervisor (Qualified Professional) to lead individual and community services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure plans are implemented, and uphold state and agency standards in a community-based, hybrid setting.

Reporting to the Greensboro office with local travel, the role emphasizes building a positive team culture aligned with Easterseals PORT Health

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Must be credentialed as a Qualified Professional
Valid North Carolina driver’s license with good driving record and insurability
Reliable transportation to move throughout the program delivery area
Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are required

Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise staff within their assigned area to ensure service quality.
Monitor staff training, health requirements, and maintain current files.
Lead direct care staff to support growth, including annual performance reviews.
Develop and implement person-centered plans and ensure adherence.
Monitor documentation to meet local, state, federal and agency requirements.
Ensure services support individuals’ safety, rights, health and welfare.
