Job summary

Winterville, NC area-based Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.

The role provides direct supervision to staff, ensures compliance with all regulations, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans while traveling up to 1.5 hours to reach clients in the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with insurability is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health needs.
• Supervise direct care staff and ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Travel within the program delivery area up to 1.5 hours to meet client needs and support individualized service plans.
