Job summary

Sevita's Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals serving individuals with IDD. The role is leadership oriented but hands-on, with responsibilities ranging from coaching staff to coordinating schedules and ensuring quality of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5 years caregiving acceptable in lieu of education.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Experience as DSP/Caregiver/Lead roles provides strong foundation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of DSPs.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Coordinate schedules and staffing coverage.
• Support daily program operations and quality of care.
• Promote independence, safety, and person-centered support.
• Communicate with staff and leadership to keep programs running.
