Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Moberly, MO. You will lead a team providing daily care to individuals with disabilities and help them live more independent lives.

Starting pay is $23.35 per hour with on-demand pay and a full benefits package. Ideal candidates have DSP, caregiver, or team lead experience and a passion for leadership and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
• Ensure high-quality care and program operations.
• Provide hands‑on support including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care as needed.
• Encourage independence and help individuals participate in community activities.
• Model leadership, compassion, and teamwork for staff.
