Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering community-based supports to individuals with IDD. The role blends direct care with supervision, planning, and program activities to ensure high-quality services.

Responsibilities include ISP coordination, staff oversight, and facilitating community outings, with opportunities to grow supervisory skills while making a meaningful impact daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure as required by authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the team served.
• Strong organizational abilities for staffing and scheduling.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while directly helping people.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and perform admin duties including hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals in daily activities, meals, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work and activities.
