Job summary

Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the Immigration Legal Services program’s day-to-day operations in a hybrid Seattle setting. You will supervise case managers and administrative staff, support onboarding and performance development, and coordinate service delivery across ReWA locations.

The role emphasizes process improvements, accurate reporting, and collaboration with the Legal Services Director and Supervising Attorney to ensure high-quality client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in program operations, human services, legal services, nonprofit services, or a related client service environment
• ~2+ years directly supervising staff, including coaching, performance feedback, and day to day team leadership
• Strong organizational and operational skills with experience managing multiple priorities
• Experience with reporting, intake, billing, administrative operations, or similar program workflows
• Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and database or case tracking systems
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills
• Ability to work effectively with immigrant, refugee, and culturally diverse communities
• Experience in a nonprofit environment and/or supporting grant funded programs is a plus
• Familiarity with fee based services, billing, payment reconciliation, or referral partner relationships is a plus
• Immigration or legal services experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, guidance, and support to a team of case managers and administrative support staff
• Support onboarding, training, performance feedback, and employee development
• Coordinate schedules and help ensure service needs are covered across ReWA locations
• Oversee the administrative side of the Immigration Legal Services program, including intake operations and non legal service workflows
• Address intake issues promptly and help maintain a responsive, consistent client experience
• Coordinate administrative processes across grant funded and fee based immigration services
• Monitor workflows, identify barriers, and implement practical process improvements
• Partner with the Legal Services Director and Supervising Attorney to support coordinated program delivery
• Ensure required program and grant reporting is completed accurately and on time
• Oversee fee based administrative workflows, including billing and payment processes within the program software
• Monitor administrative records and follow through on discrepancies or process issues
• Help manage relationships with referral partners and support a reliable, positive partner experience
• Help strengthen digital systems, workflows, and operational practices as the program grows
