Job summary

Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) in Seattle, WA is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the Immigration Legal Services program, overseeing case managers and administrative staff. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, intake workflows, reporting, and partner coordination to expand impact.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of program ops experience, 2+ years of supervisory work, and strong skills in organization, communication, and collaboration with immigrant and refugee communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in program operations, human services, legal services, nonprofit services, or a related client service environment.
• 2+ years directly supervising staff, including coaching, performance feedback, and day to day team leadership.
• Strong organizational and operational skills with experience managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with reporting, intake, billing, administrative operations, or similar program workflows.
• Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and database or case tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with immigrant, refugee, and culturally diverse communities.
• Experience in a nonprofit environment and/or supporting grant funded programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with fee based services, billing, payment reconciliation, or referral partner relationships is a plus.
• Immigration or legal services experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, guidance, and support to a team of case managers and administrative support staff.
• Hold regular one on one meetings and create clear expectations, accountability, and professional development opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, performance feedback, and employee development.
• Ensure staff have the information, resources, and coverage needed to perform their work effectively.
• Coordinate schedules and help ensure service needs are covered across ReWA locations.
• Oversee intake operations and non legal service workflows within the program.
• Monitor workflows and implement practical process improvements in coordination with partners and leadership.
• Assist with program reporting, billing, and financial coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support partnerships and program growth, including liaison with referral partners and internal teams.
