Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking a Program Supervisor (QIDP) to oversee assigned programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This exempt role reports to the Executive Director and involves coordinating services, staff supervision, and quality oversight.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and related ID/DD experience. The organization emphasizes mission-driven work, opportunities to advance, and a supportive work environment within a nonprofit setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in ID/DD.
• Knowledge of matching supports and interventions to individuals’ needs.
• Understanding of person-centered planning principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload as assigned.
• Develop, prepare, and monitor individual support plans according to federal/state guidelines.
• Coordinate and arrange appointments, meetings and administrative tasks for individuals served.
• Assist individuals and families and collaborate with agencies on behalf of individuals served.
• Coordinate interviews and admissions paperwork; process discharges as needed.
• Conduct unannounced visits as needed.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted on time.
• Assist Executive Director with program expansion and new services development.
• Promote community acceptance through engagement with community activities and agencies.
