Qualifications

• Supervise frontline program staff, including Care Coordinators and Resident Advisors.
• Manage crisis intervention, de-escalation support, case reviews, quality assurance, and compliance oversight.
• Coordinate with mental health providers, community partners, and multidisciplinary service teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Care Coordinators and Resident Advisors to ensure high-quality client services.
• Oversee daily interim housing operations, staffing coverage, resident support, documentation standards, and site workflow.
• Respond to crises and client needs using trauma-informed approaches.
• Collaborate with partners and funders to meet program expectations and HMIS requirements.
• Support client engagement, service coordination, and housing stabilization initiatives.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent)
